Needle Roller Bearings (needle bearing) is a cylindrical roller with roller bearings, relative to its diameter, roller both thin and long. This is called needle roller. Despite having a smaller cross-section,has a higher load bearing capacity, equipped with a thin and long needle bearing roller (roller diameter D≤5mm,L / D≥2.5, L is the length of the roller), so radial structure is compact, its diameter size and load capacity and other types of bearings, minimum diameter, especially for radial dimensions limited support structure.

Special Directions:

  Bearing running clearance and inner-cutting roundness should be regulated according to different conditions. Machine tolls should be used for press-in fitting or thermal fitting when install the bearing. Limited by plastic cages(suffixed with TN) and sealing-element material ,operating temperature is -30℃--+100℃.

They have the following features: the thinnest outer ring among rolling bearings, high load capacity, high maximum permissive load owing to the use of carefully selected special alloy steel plates, a surface-hardened cage with high resistance to wear, high limiting speed, and ease of mounting.
